"We/us" means Melita Limited (trading under the brand "Melita.io"), hereinafter referred to as "Melita". We may also share your personal data with our group companies, subsidiaries and agents, other authorized operators of electronic communications services, public authorities or law enforcement agencies, and third parties who provide services to Melita under a contractual relationship, to be able to contact you and provide you with the requested service, to assist you with customer care services such as chats and customer satisfaction surveys, for debt collection services including debt collection and providing an electronic payment gateway to facilitate your payment of your invoices, for credit references, for fraud detection services and to track how you use the website and our services and how we can improve them.
With your consent, we may also share your information with third parties to conduct market research or to provide you with better advice on a solution you are interested in.
In order to be able to contact you or to provide you with your service, Melita may be required to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU.
